French Bulldog help

We recently were given a 6 year old male French Bulldog. He has a great personality and I enjoy him. However, if anyone has recommendations on food, something to combat the yeast in his toes I would appreciate some guidance please.

My bosty suffered with yeast feet and we used apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle and added a probiotic to his food. Also make sure yeast is not an ingredient in his food. Are the hairs between his toes turning reddish?

Yes it is reddish between some of his toes. I have some ACV. How much do I dilute. Any preferences on food. He is on Iams right now.

50/50 on the acv applied once a week. I feed nutrish zero grains. A main ingredient in most dog feed is brewers yeast. Check the label ingredients on the iams for yeast. It may be hard to change his food but you have to avoid yeast in food for a good recovery
