Deep fried some gator tail pieces. The sauce consists of the trinity, a ton of garlic, and a heavy dose of herbs all sweated down. To that added a small can of tomatoes I put up last summer, some chicken stock, a big shot of w’shire and some hot sauce. Added the fried gator pieces into the sauce and let it all simmer down for a couple of hours. Served over some alpha gal safe grits.
