Glovers Creek WMA quota

Couple quick questions for anyone who might know. I got drawn for the Glovers Creek quota on the 9th. Is it worth bringing my boat and do I have to remove my gas motor completely or can I keep it on and just run a trolling motor? Thanks in advance!

A small Jon boat or kayak will do.
No motor, trolling only.

Ponds a roost. Skirt the edge quietly. Most will fly out before shooting time.

Long pretty much summed it up. 95% of your birds are gone long before shooting time. It will hold some big ducks late in the season if we get the right conditions, which isn’t often.

It's such a beautiful looking habitat to be so barren of birds during daylight hours.
