I think there are several people severly underestimating the size of northern deer. It's possible I might be high on my guess, but just for reference here is a Michigan buck that grosses around 134..nets 129 2/8...and his longest tine is only 6 5/8 with a 17 1/2" inside spread. Bucks may be bigger than they appear.
