Creek bottoms are good. Need overhead cover, but not too thick on the ground. They need to be able to poke around for worms. Get out there, you and the dog will love it.Never hunted them but I sure would like to take Woody out and see if he could find and flush some. We own 140 acres that joins together between myself my brother and our dad.
Where can we have a shot finding them? Near creeks, thick stuff?? Where would y'all point me and Woody to go to?
