How do you like your eggs cooked?

I mean TECHNICALLY an egg is a boneless, skinless chicken

Next time you go to a restaurant order some boneless skinless chickens over easy. You will get some funny looks.

Over easy if I have grits to mix em up in. Other than that, scrambled or boiled.

This. I can't stand a runny white. Over medium. Growing up we called them dippy eggs

The last year or so my morning egg biscuit has been well shaken in a small lidded jar and then fried in an egg ring. The last 6 months or so I have added some hashbrowns with onions and half & half fancy shredded parm and sharp cheddar. I can only tolerate canned biscuits so I cook 8 at a time and then reheat every morning in the toaster oven. I let it warm up until the element shuts off and then turn off the switch and put the biscuit in. This heats it up but doesn't toast it. I put smoked gruyere cheese on the egg once I turn it over. The plate has been sitting on top of the toaster oven so it's nice and warm What can I say ? I'm a food snob !!!

How bout a fried deviled egg topped with pimento cheese. It was pretty good.
