How to cook giant shrimp?

Cindy got a deal on some really big shrimp,and I'm looking for a good way to cook 'em.

Pan fried in garlic and butter,
Or grill them basted in butter and garlic.

Stuffed shrimp would be good, lots or recipes for it on the interweb.

We also cook a shrimp pasta with fresh chopped tomatoes ,spaghetti sauce, garlic,scallons,and Greek seasoning,angel hair or spaghetti noodles.

Do you straighten them with a toothpick? Then batter fry?

Yeah, you can put them on a skewer, or make a series of cuts along the bottom side and break it straight.

Wife just broke open the last box of Aunt Jemima Pancake mix.

Hard to go wrong however you decide , I like them battered and fried myself

Whichever way you cook 'em add some cajun seasoning and make a shrimp Po boy out of those suckers.
