Hummingbird Smart Strike?

Anyone using smart strike, does it really help? It looks good on paper. But most things like that most times really doesn't perform in the field!
Or this case on the water!

I recently purchased one, but I have not had a chance to use it really. I tried it while at home, just to get familiar with it some, but not tried it on the water yet. It looks to be of minimal use in waters that you are very familiar with, but looks like it would be a big help on unfamiliar water (which is the main reason I bought it). That opinion may change once I get on the water and actually get to put out to use. Just my 2 cents....

BTW.. There are a few YouTube videos out there on how it works and how to use it. You may want to watch some to help you with your decision. Good luck

No save your money and just get the regular lakemaster card.

It works pretty well if you don’t know the lake or you’re not great are reading the map. My favorite feature is the ability to search for other areas on the lake that are similar to what i’m fishing. Makes it very easy to run a pattern
