It’s funny you posted this. My wife thought I was crazy for letting my dogs smell lures and bait. If they acted like they would eat it I kept it if they had no reaction I threw it out.

I wish I had recorded her reaction to one of my Kansas trapline lures. She just suddenly went feral growling and barking the first tjme she smelled it

One of mine knocked the jar out of my hand and got mad when I went to pick it up. I can’t remember what kind it was though.
