Land lease prices

What is the average price per acre for a lease of less that 100 acres to hunt on, if I can find one? Specifically small game and hopefully a
small pond for ducks. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Fella has a place in the lease section that is 25 acres for $3,000....says it has ducks and good deer hunting.
