Honestly, I would gear up to explore the North Ga public land opportunities asap. I live north of Atl for reference & am in a lease in south Ga that is a hefty 3 hr commute 1 way. Leases in north Ga are dang near like a unicorn & typically the ones out there usually only source members via inner circle, word of mouth kind of deal. Other than that unless feel up to riding around knocking on doors.
