Moose hunt gone wild

My son-in-law was in Alaska last week
working as the cook on a moose hunting expedition.
One of the clients had hunted in the rain all morning
and had trailed 2 bulls until he lost the track.
He used a bleat call several times but got no response so decided to head back to camp to get dry and eat.
He got to camp and was changing into dry clothes when the 2 bulls started fighting right outside camp.
Aparently, they had responded to the calls and followed him back.
He got out of his tent in his drawers, strung his bow and shot the bigger bull right at the edge of camp.
They are calling him Robin Nude.

There are those on here who will tell you that what he did was not hunting. Tthe young man should have run the moose away from camp so that he could have hunted them properly later.

I have absolutely no problem with it; think it's funny, in fact. I have two deer stands within 100 yards of my front porch.

calling them in is one thing , but to get them to follow you all the way back to camp is another , so you don't have to drag them .
