Need a Chart to keep track of visits to the feeder

Wondering if anyone can suggest a chart or program to log the date, time, moon phase, location etc. of deer visiting my feeders. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion . Thought maybe someone had something a little more advanced.

An xcel spreadsheet would give you all kinds of options for sorting by date, time, buck, doe etc, and you could even do some graphs for time of day temperature and moon phase. Have to make sure your camera data is accurate and do the data entry, though. If you have the time, it could be fun.
