Just wondering what everyone will be having for their supper to celebrate the new year.
We will be sticking with a pork butt on the smoker along with kickin collards, cornbread and black-eyed peas.
Gonna put the but on the Green egg to s l o w smoke all night long at 225°
Rubbed this 9 #er out a little while ago with the "Meat Church " Holy Gospel seasoning and let it sit until tonight and then introduce it to pecan and red oak smoke!
