I went and hunted Ocmulgee this past weekend and i'd have to say it was a nice hunt. The first morning there were two good bucks killed. One was a 10 pointer that was about 15" wide with 18" mainbeams i believe, but there was also a monster eight pointer killed. I didn't see the deer, but i saw the numbers the Game Warden's tape put up....18" inside and 24 1/2" mainbeams. Our group of three killed one small buck before we departed sunday night. I think last i saw there had been an 8, 10, and 13 pointer killed....13 had 20 1/3" MB and 13" spread? also smaller bucks and plenty of hogs killed.
