I found 4 points I think may be of the same brand and in the same general area. They look to be made from completely different material. What goes ?

Were those found over close to the Georgia-South Carolina border?

Savannah River culture people usually used whatever local knappable stone they could find, instead of going looking for the good stuff. Probably made from river cobbles. They were masters of knapping nasty rock.

Top R & L and bottom R are clearly Savannah River.

The one bottom Left has serrations, uncommon to SR points. I think it might be a Kirk from an earlier era. Nic & NCHB know way more than me, so I defer to their opinion. One day I want to have a discussion with some of our real experts on Kirk’s & how they had so much variability in form...

My SR people seemed to be very attached to good quality red & white chert, but we had an abundance on my farms; which clearly attracted/held them here.
