Great thread fellas! This is my 2 cents. Ive harvested and ate around 30 wild pigs. Ive only had 1 that tasted like sheet. It was a big boar. So my approach is I butcher all sows and boars under 150lbs. Any boar bigger than that is not worth the risk IMO! Plenty more where that came from.
