Christmas Day 2015 I got a picture of a big 3 1/2 yr old 8 pointer. (Picture lost)
In summer 2016 I got a few more pictures of him in velvet. He was slightly smaller than we was previous season which I’ve found is not uncommon for some mountain bucks.
The buck was never seen again after that in either 2016 or 2017 seasons, I assumed he was dead.
Checked camera yesterday and saw this buck and I’m thinking it may be same buck? He would be 6 1/2 and declined greatly from what he was at 3 1/2 and 4yr old.
Could it be same deer or just similar shaped rack?
