I know many have seen me recommend the Bruin Ambush series of crossbows and I have been asked about their customer service which is provided by Sportsmans Outfitters. Well yesterday I had an issue on one of their Ambush 370 crossbows where I bent the bolt retention spring. I don't know how I did it but I bent that thing 3 ways to Sunday and it was not going to be fixed. I contacted customer service in order to inquire about buying a new one as I have owned the xbow for over 2 years and they are sending me a new one for free. I didn't ask for it to be free because I am the one that did the damage but they are doing that for me and I am appreciative. Like I stated I have had their xbows for over two years and this was the first issue I have had with any of them and I am the one that caused that so Kudos's to Sportsmans Outfitters and their customer service department.
