Took a cravin and cooked today. Smoked turkey breast, purple hull peas, Cracker corn, glazed carrots, chow chow, and sliced onions. It weren`t bad.

Roasted Boudin Edit: It was Andouille, not Boudin. Had that the other day.
Seasoned white rice
Stewed tomatoes
Stone ground mustard.

Leftovers and pantry tonight. Crockpot salsa chicken breast, fettuccine Alfredo , and dillas if necessary.

Good eating ya'll, we picked up some London broil on sale at Ingles, Mrs Brown got some onions and peppers going while I grilled them up. My son whipped up some sauce, and we had sandwiches. Then some s'mores made with fudge stripe cookies. Sorry no pics of the s'mores, they didn't last long.

Scrimp & grits fresh fried bluefish..jalepeno cheddar hushpuppies . Slaw & jalepenos stuffed with c cheese & bacon bits..was mighty good!

While I'm thinking of it, if you have never tried Carolina Q Eastern NC vinegar sauce, it's worth a try.
Best store bought bbq sauce in my opinion.

Good looking grub!!! @Nicodemus the purple hull peas have been a hankering of mine for a few days!!!

But, tonight it’s burgers from a grain fed steer……and a fried egg.

Late as usual. Country fried cubed deer, rice and gravy with a side of lady finger peas and chow chow. Buttermilk pie for dessert. H22's plate looks like Nics. Slap full with some cucumber/vinegar and home grown maters. My little plate.
