If I were looking for a new rifle chambered in .308 I would see if I could rent one at a range and walk it through some paces. Built on that Remy 700 platform certainly makes loads of accessories available instantly. Taurus has said other chamberings are coming.
I have never had a problem with any Taurus revolver, and that would be more than 12 from .41 magnums through .454 Casulls. They have always done what they were designed to do. Meat in the freezer.
I would imagine, and hope, Taurus has this Expedition dialed in. They have been making and supplying plenty of AR/Carbine/Machine Guns to military and law enforcement for years, so in theory this rifle should be a walk in the park for Taurus.
