Living near Augusta you probabley know they are having artifact identification day at the Ezekil house this Sat. the 23. they will be some knappers there also. The event is Sponsered by the Society for Ga. Archeology. neat points also.

i'll cause more confusion and call it a cypress creek?its got characteristics of all three,but i dont think you could go wrong calling it a mid archaic point

everything on that plaque came from one spot on the Savannah River, not a cache, but in the same spot, outside Augusta..
