I won’t tell my first gobbler story again .... But after that I knocked one down and lost him , had one hang up at 70yds, roosted one got on him tight he hit the ground went the other way .... and had one pitch down in my lap ( just couldn’t get it done) But I had a blast and don’t think I’ll ever look at a spring time sunrise the same again!!!!

Man I feel that! I had several Real chances and got busted so many times I “should have” gotten lucky at least once! Man what a blast!

If they get up and run after a fair hit try gettin after em as fast as you can, get out there as fast as you can then if you can't see your bird go to where you last saw it then STOP, be SILENT and listen. Listen close for that wing flopping noise then run to it.
