Utility trailer question(s)

My 2 cents: I don't like the mesh tailgates that stand up so high. Creats a lot of drag and affects the center weight point of the load. I would opt for a tailgate that folds in half, and still makes a long enough ramp.

I have the 7 x 16 dove tail. It's a down to earth trailer. When I was looking for one my "must have" was a jack that was set back far enough so I could drop my tailgate while attached to the trailer, and lights incased in metal housing. The Down 2 Earth is made in Georgia around Lumber City. Nicely made heavy duty trailer.

I’ve got them from 8 foot to 20 foot. For the mower and my side by side - 12 foot is perfect.,

I’ve had wire mesh………you’ll regret it. Go with a wooden floor.

looks like the rails from the hitch are butt welded to front rail of frame. If they do not extend to the undercarriage I would look elsewhere.
Good eye! I don’t think they do either
