One less poacher in the deer woods. Looks like serious penalties for serious big game crimes.

Seen something similar to this on Wardens TV where the guy got no jail time but was fined $50,000 plus and lost hunting privileges for life. Funny thing about it was that one of his charges was not buying a hunting license for over 37 years!!!! Not sure he really cares whether they suspend his hunting license at this point.

I'm all for hard time but the sentences run concurrent, so without knowing the length of all the sentences, it's very likely he will spend substantially less than 5 years in jail. If they are all one year sentences, he could spend less than a year.

Seems pretty light sentence for manufacture & distribution of meth, burglary, weapons violations, possession of stolen property and poaching was the least of his crimes.

Here in GA that would be a $500 fine.
