I have been working on a group buy of several hundred acres of deer hunting land within an hour of I-24 and South of Paduca KY. Right now its the concept phase, but I do have 3 or 4 people extremely interested. IF YOU DO have any interest, please PM me....beatiful farms and all wooded tracts are available there from $1200 to $2500 per acre, many with timber...and some with houses, ponds, etc. I believe that land in that area will double in the next few years (maybe 2 or 3 yrs) when hunters "find" that location. Some of the best areas for trophy bucks are 300 to 350 miles from ATL with Interstate Hwys nearly to their entry gates! I can send pictures of some for general info if you like. Jim
