Highlands is on the fancy big money (for my wallet anyways) side of things, but has a ton of natural beauty around it. Plenty to see and some of the tallest peaks in the range.

Black Mountain is in Mountain City, right beside Dillard

Actually, it is "Black Rock Mountain". I live less than a mile from where you turn off 441 to Black Rock, and about two miles from Dillard.

What are your and your wife's interests?

We are low key really. I hunt and fish and we both work in the yard and enjoy being outside. I'm pretty social and she isn't as much.
