Where to mount a side view transducer

I have a 2003 Triton TR19. The transom steps down 3 times. The transducer for my depth finder is a Dual down view/ Side view. Any suggestions as to where would be the best location to mount the transducer with this configuration hull? Thanks in advance.

The reason you want it on your jackplate is because it'll drag too much when the boat planes out. SI/DI cant get images anyway past 6 MPH.
