Headed up to Wisconsin next week on a bow hunt . Anybody hunted up there this time of year , wanting to know what to expect. It’s buffaloecounty supposed to have some big ones up there and the weathers gona be cool if the forecast holds up. Never been before but the outfitter said they should be starting to turn on so we’ll see.

I lived in WI for 5 years, never heard of a Bullock county in WI. Some big deer up there, especially in the river bottom counties, both the Mississippi & Wisconsin rivers. Buffalo is of particular note.

Words cannot describe how beautiful Buffalo County is from a Whitetail hunter’s & habitat perspective. You will literally be blown away with how awesome it is. Enjoy your time there. It will go by way too fast. Make sure you get out and enjoy one of those famous WI Fish Fries too! Good luck!
