We are in agreement on Zeppelin, Sabbath and SRV. All of them are/were AWESOME.

I might agree. We must be of similar ages because both would probably be in my top tiers, at least top five or so. Too hard to pick a single top one out of all the greats back in the day. Meaning the days I was a teen then a young adult.

Lot of good original stuff made since those days, but the older you get, the more you yearn to hear music like you first heard back then. Not gonna happen, except for the few bands that survived to old age and still playing. Or some of the younger groups playing tribute to the older styles.
