$1250.00 per member. Includes deer/turkey or any other hunting season. Cabin(excluding utilities). Food plots provided. Access to cabin and property year round. Mandatory work days.

60 acres of 3 yr old clear cut.
80 acres of 5 yr old planted pines.
Rest is mature or planted pines and thickets.
