Many years ago I worked on a KLM contract. The trip was Chicago- Amsterdam-Abu Dhabi. I spent a couple days in Amsterdam each trip. That allowed me to see this.

The Dutch people were friendly, food was pretty good, beer was excellent.

Trivia from Europe, the shot glasses and beer glasses had a line on them. The bartender had pour the shot or beer to the line. If the head of the beer extended below the line the bartender would pour in more beer from the tap and spill the excess foam off. It is the law there.

I just spent the last 30 minutes putting out fertilizer and watering it in.
Could have done that yesterday but as much rain as I had it would probably be in the ocean by now. No harm.
Flatwoods and Robert Plant and Mr. Yeungling need to go check on the pool. Later folks.

Grass cut to 2.5". I snake and 1 frog seen. Black racer I believe as it didn't seem to have a kinky body before it slithered back into the woods.

I sure need to trim trees back from the edges where I mow.

Since we are on the subject. I wonder if the cicada killer wasps had a feast this year.
I rarely see them unless a nest is close by. Cool to watch though.
I thought about it earlier.
