A Friend and veteran needs some advice

I hear what you are saying & I am not sure if the Dublin VA has what I think .
There are what appears to be Dorms there that I think older (and maybe younger) Vets live in.
Again I'm not sure what they are used for but if he would check that could be some help, at least temporarily.

Sadly sometimes even though help is needed the person with the need will not allow you to help.
