Another Gilmer Co backyard Yote. Last night

This thing has showed up on my trail cams until I’m sick of seeing it. Also on the one literally about 20 yards from our kitchen window. Long legged tall and heavy. Easy enough to identify. About 240am I happened by and looked out and sure nuff there he stood. I hate these things. They’ve already just about chewed the wife’s cat in two. And all my neighbors out here can’t keep poultry.
Before dark I had put out enough groceries to feed a couple of packs. I also got my Yote rifle ready also one of my home defense shotguns a little handier in the event I had to go out in the dark and check one. Also got a new beagle pup I have to take out sometimes at night. House training her. Anyway the Lord smiled on me and after putting lit crosshairs on it and then the red light to verify, which is mounted on my Yote AR Special ..... BANG.
I grabbed the shotgun loaded with, I think 8 rounds of 00 buck and also mounted light but with a white light for home invaders, and went into the dark to double check. Got close and lit him up with the mounted light. Geesh. I saw his jaws move. So I dumped a load of 00 in his head and finished the job. Haven’t posted in awhile. Thought y’all might like to see this tall bruiser.
