Blind and old. Looking for a spotting scope

Let a couple bucks walk at 400 yards today. My binoculars in the foggy afternoon light. I just couldn't tell what I was looking at. I would love a small spotting scope or even a range finder style spotting scope that would clearly show antlers at 500 yards. Carrying giant binoculars or a tripod is a pain. What do yall use? Any smaller optics good at 500 to 600 yards?

My first question is what kind of Bino’s you have- with top end Bino’s you shouldn’t have an issue. Any spotting scope/ or other option with more X’s will require a tripod to be of use. You won’t be able to freehand it even as well as a rifle scope…
Edit- was going to mention kowa prominar but the prices now blew my mind.

Good Bino’s even 8x. I use 10x geovids.
