Bone-in Bacon

Cured some Ribs with cure,
salt, and pepper. 1 1/2 hrs in top and bottom. Tasted a crunchy piece, Mmmm taste like bacon!
About 3 more hrs., hoping they’ll crunch on the bark side and taste like bacon!

They did taste like bacon. The longer they cooked the more the fat rendered and not as crunchy as I wanted but really good. if i would of brought the temp up at the very end they would probably be perfect.
