Left over Brisket Point from second Brisket, over easy/medium egg. Quick but good

Love me some english muffins for breakfast, particularly if they are split and the inside grilled or toasted to add a little crunch. I'd woof down both of those puppies!

By the way, don't ask for an english muffin while in the UK, like I did once.
They don't know what it is, and the closet sounding thing was Eng. Breakfast.
And it was one of those moringings after, that I really didn't wan't much.
What I got was a full blown English Breakfast to the max.
Argued with the poor gal, but lost & paid for the whole thing - enough food for 3 men and all I wanted was one little english muffin.

13lbs, mainly to myself and 4 kids (10 and under). Wife likes it but dont eat much of it. I'm still trying to find the sweet spot before I invite others over, the flat on this one needed to go a little longer. What was left of the flat got softer after reheating in microwave lol. Point has been spot on. I'll get it right one of these days maybe. Still figuring out this pellet grill too, I feel it runs hotter than the dial says. Running it at 250 blasts right through the stall.
