They have a truck being shipped to the Carmax location closest to me. So far so good, they’ve notified me that’s it’s in transit and will contact me when it’s ready. They provided me with the VIN, there’s no damage history and all recalls have been addressed. This part of the process has been pleasant. I like their seven day test drive policy. You have a week to return a vehicle for a full refund. I read one report that said they actually hold the check for a full seven days. Sure don’t get that at a stealership.

I've bought 3, sold 2 and had no issues at all.

I will say I bought my last truck from carvana and it was much easier. I was pre-approved thru my credit union and everything was done online. I went and looked at the truck, was happy, signed the papers and drove away in < 30 minutes.

might be something to look at if this one falls thru. good luck!
