Clethodim and rain question

I sprayed Cleth on my plots this AM about 10:30 - 11:30. Got 1/10” before I left the property about noon. About 1 PM another cloud passed over and dropped about an inch according to the radar site.
My question is how long before I can tell whether the rain washed off the Cleth and the grass survived?
I did use a non ionic surfactant.

It's 1 hr with crop oil, 30 mins would probably be ok with the nis, it gets taken up really quickly.
