Crawfish etouffee

Turned out good but I didn't notice that the crawfish were a "product of China". I don't know why but I didn't check them when I bought them. The bugs from the USA have much better flavor but this wasn't bad at all. If you ever get over to Cajun Meat in Marietta they sell etouffee and man is it good! Theirs beats mine hands down!
