Yep. Lots of stuff. Even HVAC equipment is back ordered due to COVID shutdowns.

We ordered a chest frrezer. Still waiting. Home Depot will shop from west coast so I figure it was coming from China. Same thing on a dual fuel12k portable generator. Shipped from west coast after waiting more than a month. Home Depot stuff seems to come from China. They provided free shipping on these items. Must be cheaper to ship to west coast and truck over to East Coast then to ship from China to the East coast. Good for truckers drivers jobs I reckon

Lost our lease near a Dallas GA to some country singer bought the land for a MacMansion to be built on that large property. I was a great lease but sad to see it gone
