Thanks to the one that posted this Deer casserole recipe this last week. Made one this afternoon, tasted it and taste buds woke up quick.

Blackened catfish & shrimp here on the Blackstone..stuffed poblanos with colby jack & bacon bits..fried homemade pickles..that venison casserole looks great!

Momma woulda said No buns? There's a whole loaf of bread right there. That's what my wife went with. I had no bread chili cheese dogs and grilled vegetables. Finished it up with a leftover jalapeño cheese biscuit. His n hers pics.
