DNZ Mounts for Pre- 90's BAR

Have DNZ mounts on several rifles.. looking to add them to another one. Do you guys think i can get away with the low height DNZ game reaper on a Belgium BAR or do i need to go to a medium? Obviously trying to keep it close to the barrel as possible. ..topping it with a 40mm. thanks for any help.

Pretty sure you can get measurements online - I’d get a set of calipers and check your scope then compare it against what they say for clearance. Since you don’t have a bolt to worry about it might work out ok. But still worth breaking out the calipers before hitting purchase.
