Everything was small, the biggest bass was about 13".
I caught 3 bream, 3 crappie and 2 bass. Just wish the bream and crappie would have been a few inches bigger. But as I said, it felt great to be out there.

I used to love throwing ultralight Roostertails and the like. A half pound bream is exciting on a flea rod and 4 lb test.

I left the flyrod at home and just took my 7' ultra light rod and reel, it's loaded with 4 lb line. I usually bring that flyrod along, I do love throwing some streamers.

When I said flea rod I meant ultra light spinning rod. I love my fly rod too. Rolling crickets is a passion of mine. Popping bugs are great fun, I’ve never done streamers to any amount.

Streamers and popping bugs here. It don't get much better than that. I do use a 6 lb leader though.

Lake in Villa Rica off of Paradise rd. We always called it Paradise lake, it's owned by the city of Villa Rica.
