I'm actually glad fish pointed this out. I have been trying to keep these weeds from going to seed.
This is one of the few areas that I have neglected.
It's not perfect but it's 2 beers and 2 hours of time perfect.
An hour if I hadn't visited with my crazy neighbor.

I can't stand to cut them down, they smell too good.

A packrat got into the greenhouse and cut every pepper, tomato, and eggplant right off at ground level. 24 potted plants I`ve started from seed,,,gone. A trap strategically placed crushed his skull sometime last night. Now, got to start those seed again. Dadgummit.

Now that Nic mentioned it, I need to be saving tp rolls or paper towel rolls to keep the cut worms off my maters.

I use to cut pieces of 4" pvc pipe and put over mine.
