Saw this lady from Appalachia make this fudge on youtube the other day. It's easy enough, I figured I'd give it a try. It's not bad. It's a little on the dark chocolate side, so I might sweeten it up a lil bit next time, but if you like dark chocolate you'll like this.
But, someone commented on her video about easy pnut butter fudge. Only 2 ingredients... Vanilla icing and peanut butter. I tried this as well. This is really good!
