Cartersville Flooring Center did our Engineered flooring well. Can’t speak to the sand/finish side though.

Doug Stell in the Powder Springs area, you'd have to see if he'll travel that far, I imagine he would. he has done work for friends and for my sister and her husband, excellent with real hardwood, installation, sanding or refinishing , not going to say he's cheap ,, but he does great work
