Anyone eating ? I picked my first corn and tomato today ! It sure was good . Cut up some taters and an onion , didn’t want to waste the bacon grease .

Cuban night. Pork roast soaked in mojo (Orange juice, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, onion, salt, and cumin), an hour or so on the Weber kettle grill with oak wood then into the oven at 250 until wobbly. Seasoned rice, black beans, and pimento pepper.

Yall are having some great looking meals. Since it's a work night, we had pizza again, got a few days off now, so I'm figuring on cooking something on the pit, along with cutting my yard which is starting to look like hay.

Yall eating good. Im jelly @antharper didnt get my garden planted till end of May. Worked late so we could sneak off for a few. Delivery pizza bowls and salad.
