I typically take this week off and lose track of time by this point. Could be Monday. Could be Friday. Not entirely sure. But it's definitely steak night.
Two tenderloins from a little buck marinated in Paymaster's marinade, creamed spinach, twice baked potato with butter, garlic, green onion, bacon, cheddar, and horseradish, and some good bread for sopping up the extras. Salad for medicinal purposes.
