GA Regulations: Magazine/Bullet rules

guys,

I thought I read regulations for this year and it said there are no restrictions on the number of bullets/magazine capacity?

am I correct?

Thanks,

am I reading this correctly that there are no magazine restrictions on using modern rifles?

everyone I ask seems to think it's a 3 to 5 rd max....

"Deer & Bear Firearms

Modern Rifles and Handguns: Centerfire Only, .22-cal. or larger with expanding bullets. There is no restriction on magazine capacity for rifles.
Shotguns: 20-gauge or larger loaded with slugs or buckshot. Buckshot is not allowed on WMAs, unless otherwise specified.
Muzzleloaders: .44-cal. or larger, or muzzleloading shotguns 20 gauge or larger. Scopes are legal."

Always been that way for rifles. Only shotguns are limited.

It hasn't "always been that way", but it's been that way for a long time.

It's been that way so long, it's amazing how often this comes up.

yep........you can't get much more plain than "There is no restriction on magazine capacity for rifles."
